The Hysterical Robot / Happy Harry is powered by two ‘D’ Cell batteries. As the robot moves forward the arms swing. The robot stops and the head rises as the mouth swings open to reveal a big smile that is rear illuminated. The robot begins to laugh hysterically as the head and shoulders shake. The mouthpiece closes, the laughing stops, and he continues the cycle.
